How long will it take for my personalized gift to arrive?
Custom gifts require a two-step timeline: Production Time (typically 1-2 business days to craft your item) plus Shipping Time (usually 3–7 business days depending on your location).
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because personalized items are unique to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival with a valid video proof. To qualify for a replacement, we require a continuous unboxing video (single-take) showing the sealed package being opened and the item being inspected. Please double-check all spelling and photo quality before finalizing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it. We change our minds too! While we can’t pause or change an order once it’s hit our system, we’re dreaming of a day when we can. For now, check out our Returns Policy to see how easy it is to swap things later.
How can I track my order status?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your gift leaves our workshop. You can also log into your account to see the current stage of your order (e.g., “In Production” or “Shipped”).
